Use these options to configure parts of Safeguard.

Support Opens the Support Request box so that you can raise a support request and send it to the Smoothwall support team.
Quickly covers Safeguard in a black screen when you want to hide sensitive information from other staff members, students, parents or anyone else nearby.
This is only visible if you are a multi-academy trust. It opens dashboards of your other schools.
Opens the Training Alerts page, where you can view all the staff with incomplete training.
A list of the student's profiles that you have recently had open.
Menu item Description
User Manager Opens the User Manager page so that you can import staff, add a new user and manage your active users. For example, switch staff from a normal user to a designated safeguarding lead (DSL). You can also disable a user.
Software Settings Opens the Software settings page so that you can back up your Safeguard information locally, import staff, customise system messages, view the user guide.
Integration Settings Opens the Integrate page, where you can switch on your Smoothwall Monitor managed service alerts.
Notification Settings Opens the Notifications settings page.
Document Manager Opens the Documents page, where you can upload new document for your staff members to read.
Licence/Sync Opens the Licence & Sync Information page, where you can see your Safeguard licence information and support key. You can also see the synchronise status of your management information system.
Sharing Logs Opens the Shared Data Requests page.
Audit/Logs Opens the Audit Logs (Advanced) page.
Make a Wish Opens the Make a Wish page.
My Account Opens the My Account box, where you can change your name and email address and retrieve your QR code if you're using two-factor authentication.
Get Support Opens the Support Request box where you can submit a support ticket to the Smoothwall support team.
Logout Logs you out of Safeguard.
