Use this page to upload documents to Safeguard so that staff members can download and read them.

Navigation: > Document Manager.

Upload New Documents Opens a window where you can drag and drop files to be uploaded to Safeguard.
Refresh Reloads the page.
Document Name The name and format of the document.
Required Read Indicates whether the document is mandatory or not.
Not Read Indicates how many people have read or not read the document.
Action Description
Require Read This changes the NO in the Required Read column to change to a YES and updates the Not Read column to indicate how many people have read the document.
Remove Document Deletes the document from Safeguard.
