Use this page to upload documents to Safeguard so that staff members can download and read them.
Navigation: > Document Manager.
Upload New Documents |
Opens a window where you can drag and drop files to be uploaded to Safeguard. |
Refresh |
Reloads the page. |
Document Name |
The name and format of the document. |
Required Read |
Indicates whether the document is mandatory or not. |
Not Read |
Indicates how many people have read or not read the document. |
Actions |
Require Read |
This changes the NO in the Required Read column to change to a YES and updates the Not Read column to indicate how many people have read the document. |
Remove Document |
Deletes the document from Safeguard. |
