Issue The description of the issue that you are having with Safeguard. Is your issue already on our knowledge base? See our Monitoring section on our knowledge base, Safeguard Record Manager.
Close Closes the dialog box without submitting your request.
Raise Support Request Submits a support request and creates a ticket in the Smoothwall Support Team's work queue.
