Monitoring words and phrases

Procedure

1. On the Word and Phrase Monitoring tab, click Capture heatmap.
   • To view words and phrases with the most number of captures, from the DISPLAY BY list, select "By Capture Count".
   • To view words and phrases with the highest risk level percentage, from the DISPLAY BY list, select "By High Risk (%)".
   • To view words and phrases with the highest risk level number of captures, from the DISPLAY BY list, select "By High Risk (Count)".
2. To view more details about the word or phrase shown, click the circle for the word or phrase, and then the capture number, to continue to investigate further on the Capture listing Page page.
