Identifying high-risk users

Procedure

1. On the Word and Phrase monitoring tab, click Risk grading and profiling.
   • To view users with the most number of captures, from the DISPLAY BY list, select "By Capture Count".
   • To view users with the highest risk level percentage, from the DISPLAY BY list, select "By High Risk (%)".
   • To view users with the highest risk level number of captures, from the DISPLAY BY list, select "By High Risk (Count)".
2. To view more details about the users shown click on the doughnut for the user and continue to investigate further on the Capture listing Page page.
