Report recipients

Monitor Admins and Site Admins can make a user a report recipient when adding them to Monitor Self-Service but they can only use them as a report recipient. Other users can't use that user as a report recipient. You must create the report recipients for the users and reports that you want to use. You can't use a report recipient that another user has created.

Blocking a user

If a user leaves your organization, you can block them from logging into Smoothwall Monitor Self-Service. However, you need to be a Monitor Admin or a Site Admin user to have access to the Settings tab.
