Logs - Devices Page

Use this page to view details of activity on devices and to move selected devices into another group. You can sort the table by clicking on the heading name in the table and you can also click the filter icon next to the heading name to filter the table by a specific value in that column.

Navigation: Logs > Devices.

Device logs
MOVE TO The destination group to where you want to move the selected devices.
Device group  
MOVE Moves the selected devices into the new select group. Any new configuration settings because of the group change takes effect the next time the user logs in from an active client device.
ARCHIVE Removes the selected device and any stored data from them out of the live portal view and into the Archive database.
Export as The list of formats that you can export the date in.
GO Generates and downloads the exported file to your device.
REFRESH Reloads the page.
Device name The name of the device used. Clicking on the device name opens the Device Information dialog box so you can see more details about the device.
Group The device group that the device belongs to. Clicking the group filters the list by that group so you can see a list of logs for the devices in the same group.
Client Version The version of Smoothwall Monitor Self-service client software installed to the selected device(s).
Unactioned The number of unactioned captures generated on the device. Clicking the number opens the Capture listing Page page.
Graded The number of captures generated on the device that you have actioned. Clicking the number opens the Capture listing Page page.
F/Positive The number of captures generated on the device that you have marked as a false positive. Clicking the number opens the Capture listing Page page.
AUPs The number of acceptable usage policy logs there are for the device. Clicking on the number opens the Logs page for AUPs Page for that device so you can see more details.
Last profile request The last time a user requested their profile settings from the portal, typically when they last logged in to the device.
Client detected The last time the device registered with the portal, typically when the device was last switched on.
