Logs - Users Page

Use this page to view information on activity for users and to move selected user accounts into another user group. You can sort the table by clicking on the heading name in the table and you can also click the filter icon next to the heading name to filter the table by a specific value in that column.

Navigation: Logs > Users.

User logs
MOVE TO	The destination group to where you want to move the selected users.
User group
MOVE	Moves the selected users into the new select group. Any new configuration settings because of the group change takes effect the next time the user logs in from an active client device.
ARCHIVE	Removes the selected users and any stored data from them out of the live portal view and into the Archive database.
Export as	The list of formats that you can export the date in.
EXPORT	Generates and downloads the exported file to your device.
REFRESH	Reloads the page.
User name	The name of the user who generated the log. You can click the filter icon in the heading to open a filter dialog box to filter the table by a specific user name.
Group	The user group that the user belongs to. Clicking the group filters the list by that group so you can see a list of logs for the users in the same group. You can click the filter icon in the heading to open a filter dialog box to filter the table by a specific group.
Client Version	The version of the software installed on your devices. You can click the filter icon in the heading to open a filter dialog box to filter the table by a specific client version.
Unactioned	The number of unactioned captures generated by the user. Clicking the number opens the Capture listing Page page. You can click the filter icon in the heading to open a filter dialog box to filter the table by a specific number of unactioned captures for the user.
Graded	The number of captures generated by the user that you have actioned. Clicking the number opens the Capture listing Page page. You can click the filter icon in the heading to open a filter dialog box to filter the table by a specific number of graded captures for the user.
F/Positive	The number of captures generated by the user that you have marked as a false positive. Clicking the number opens the Capture listing Page page. You can click the filter icon in the heading to open a filter dialog box to filter the table by a specific number of false positive captures for the user.
AUPs	The number of acceptable usage policy logs there are for the user. Clicking on the number opens the Logs page for AUPs Page for that user so you can see more details. You can click the filter icon in the heading to open a filter dialog box to filter the table by a specific number of acceptable user policies accepted by the user.
Last profile request	The last time the user requested their profile settings from the portal, typically when they last logged in to an active client device.
