Add Action ({student name})

Use this page to add a safeguarding action record to the student's chronology.

Navigation: Search > Results > Students row > Create > Add Safeguarding Action.

Add Action
Information Information detailed by your designated safeguarding lead (DSL).
Action The details of the action taken.
Manual Date

This only appears if the setting toggle is set to Yes, on the Software Settings page.

When the action was taken, appears at this time in the student's chronology.

Add Action Adds your details of the action taken to the Student Profile page under the Chronology section.
