About the Dashboard

The dashboard helps you to monitor key individuals and other data of interest. You can set the dashboard to be the landing page when you first log into Smoothwall Monitor Self-service. Several widgets contain specific filtered data that you can configure. These widgets show the capture statistic data. You can change the widget title so the title of your widgets might differ to those listed in the table.

Available widgets

Widget default title	Description
Activity by Devices	Displays all the captures for the selected themes and devices. The top row shows the number of graded captures by risk and the bottom row shows the number of unactioned captures by risk. In standard mode, you can refresh this widget or collapse it. In edit mode, you can edit the widget title, remove it from the dashboard, add or remove devices, select or remove themes, and remove or display unactioned capture risk boxes.
Activity by Device Groups	Displays all captures for your selected themes and device groups. The top row shows the number of graded captures by risk and the bottom row shows the number of unactioned captures by risk. In standard mode, you can refresh this widget or collapse it. In edit mode, you can edit the widget title, remove it from the dashboard, add or remove device groups, select or remove themes, and remove or display unactioned capture risk boxes.
Activity by users	Displays all the captures for the selected themes and users. Application title	Shows you what applications are being used on your user's client device, for example, Facebook - internet explorer. It displays all captures for selected applications based on an advanced search, for example, where the application title contains, equals, begins with and so on. The top row shows the number of graded captures by risk and the bottom row shows the number of unactioned captures by risk. In standard mode, you can refresh this widget or collapse it. In edit mode, you can edit the widget title, remove it from the dashboard, or add or remove unactioned capture risk boxes.
Capture activity by themes	Displays the current period versus the previous period by theme. Hover your mouse cursor over the chart columns to view the number of captures for the two periods.
Capture activity by grades	Shows a representative chart line for each risk type for the specified period. You can show or hide each chart line by clicking on the relative chart key. To view the number of captures, hover your mouse pointer over the point on the chart line. You can change the theme by selecting one from the list above the graph or change to view graded captures only or unactioned captures.
Capture activity by words	Displays all the captures for the selected theme. The top row shows the number of graded captures by risk and the bottom row shows the number of unactioned captures by risk. In standard mode, you can refresh this widget or collapse it. In edit mode, you can edit the widget title, remove it from the dashboard, select or remove themes, and remove or display unactioned capture risk boxes.
Prevent	Displays all the captures with the Prevent theme. In standard mode, you can refresh this widget or collapse it. In edit mode, you can edit the widget title or remove it from the dashboard.
