Uploading documents to a student's profile


  1. In the Search box, type the student's name and click Search.
  2. In the Results table, find the student that you want to upload a document for and in the Actions column, click View.
  3. On the Student Profile page, under the Upload Document section, click Choose file, locate the file that you want to upload and click Open.
  4. To place the document in a particular point in the student's chronology, click Manual Date and from the date picker, choose when you want the document to show in the chronology.
  5. If you want to copy this document to the student's siblings' records, click the Upload to Family toggle.
  6. Click Save.
