Creating device groups

Note: You can only edit groups if you are a Monitor Admin or Site Admin.


  1. On the Monitoring setup tab, click the Device Groups tab and click Edit Groups.
  2. Click New and type a GROUP NAME.
  3. From the CLIENT ID list, choose a client ID.
  4. If you want the settings for this group to override any settings for user groups, select the Priority option.
  5. Click Save.
