Use this page to send the Safeguarding Full report, filtered to specified users or groups.

Notifications
User / Group	Whom the alert or notification is about. The emailed notification contains the username if Everyone is specified.
Tenant	The tenant the user or group belongs in.
Emailed notification frequency	How often the email is sent. This also determines the date range of the Full report. Off — Turn off email notification to create an instant alert Daily — Receive an email notification for the User / Group and Ruleset combination daily. The report content is for yesterday. Weekly — Receive an email notification for the User / Group and Ruleset combination on a weekly basis. The report is always sent on Monday, irrespective of the day this notification was created. The report content is from the previous Monday-Sunday time period. Monthly — Receive an email notification for the User / Group and Ruleset combination on a monthly basis. The report is always sent on the 1st of the month, irrespective of the day this notification was created. The report content is from the entire previous month. Note: Weekly and Monthly emailed reports contain only summary data as the potential size of the generated emailed report might be larger than the maximum size your email server can handle. The Daily report contains all data, including the URL as displayed in the Full report.
Email alert	Indicates whether the Smoothwall Filter and Firewall sends an instant email alert for that user and ruleset.
SMS alert	Indicates whether the Smoothwall Filter and Firewall sends an instant SMS alert for that user and ruleset. Note: When multiple breaches against the same User / Group, Ruleset, and Email group combination is detected, the instant alert is only sent every ten minutes so as not to bombard the Safeguarding Officer with messages.
Ruleset	The Safeguarding ruleset to alert or notifies against.
Send to	The email group to send the alert or notification.
