Use this page to manage L2TP road warrior connections.
Navigation: NETWORK > VPN > L2T road warriors.
|Create new tunnel|
|Name||a meaningful name for this road warrior connection.|
|Enabled||New connections are enabled by default. Clear the option to create a disabled connection.|
|Local IP||The local IP address that the tunnel connects to. Typically, this is one of your external IP addresses, though you can select a Basic interface to create an internal tunnel.|
|Client IP||The client IP address for this road warrior tunnel.|
|Username||The username needed for access to this road warrior tunnel.|
|Password||The password needed for access to this road warrior tunnel. Reenter the password. Do not copy and paste it from Password.|
The authentication method:
|L2TP client OS||The L2TP client’s operating system. Valid values are Microsoft, Android or iOS.|
|Comment||An optional comment for this VPN.|
|Advanced »||Expands the view so that you can set advanced settings.|
|Local certificate||If non-standard X509 authentication is used for this VPN, choose the local certificate from the drop-down list.|
|Add||Adds your new connection.|
