About recent changes made in Safeguard Record Manager
The Recent Changes page in Safeguards is an audit view of actions raised against students' records. You can see all the actions raised against a student's record over the period selected and open the student's profile page to see more details and manage the actions.
You can use recent changes for a few tasks. As everyone in school might not do all the safeguarding work, all the time – this is the perfect place for the team to be aware of what’s been happening over set periods of time. You can choose a time between 24 hours and 30 days. This will give you a cut down chronology for each student, one below the other. This is handy for senior leaders to be aware of what’s happened over short periods of time, it’s useful if you have been out of school for a few days or even for weekly or two weekly meetings. You will see everything on the one page, including everything that has been added by everyone else.
