Managing archived students

Procedure

  • In the left navigation pane, click Archived Children.
  • To open the student's profile and chronology, click View.
  • To open the behaviour incident page to see past raised incidents and add an action, click View Incident.
    • In the Staff Name box, type the member of staff who was involved.
    • From the Type list, select what this record is regarding.
    • In the Notes box, type as much information about the update as possible and click Save.
  • To create a new record on the student's chronology, click Create and follow the procedure for the type of record that you want to add to the student's chronology, see our help topic, About creating records.
