About user accounts

The reports that you create, for data protection purposes, only get sent to you. You might choose to forward this on to a trusted colleague but the alternative is that you can create an account for them so that they can generate their own reports. Alternatively, you might manage multiple organizations and just want to create accounts for specific people in each organization.

When you add a user, they receive an email with a link to Smoothwall Reports and they can either sign in with their social account or the email that you signed them up with and then they can set their password.
