Adding new email messages
- On the Reports tab, click Email Messages.
- To create a new email template time, click New.
- Type a Name for your email template and the email address where you want the email to be sent From.
- Type a Subject for your email template and any text that you want to include in the email Body.
- If you wan to use HTML to add some style to your email, select the Indicating whether the mail message body is in HTML option.
- Click Save.
