Adding new email messages


  1. On the Reports tab, click Email Messages.
  2. To create a new email template time, click New.
  3. Type a Name for your email template and the email address where you want the email to be sent From.
  4. Type a Subject for your email template and any text that you want to include in the email Body.
  5. If you wan to use HTML to add some style to your email, select the Indicating whether the mail message body is in HTML option.
  6. Click Save.
