Accessing the Smoothwall User Portal

Procedure

1. Start your web browser and enter the address to the Smoothwall User Portal, using the following format: http://<Smoothwall_IPAddress>/portal, where <Smoothwall_IPAddress> is the IP address for the Smoothwall Filter and Firewall hardware appliance, for example, http://192.168.72.141/portal.
2. To continue to the sign-in page, click OK or Proceed to accept any certificates and other security information.
3. Enter your Username and Password and click Login. Your User Portal system administrator can provide the username and password for access.
4. To leave the Smoothwall User Portal, click LOG OUT.
