Configure quota Page

Use this page to set up a new quota or edit an existing one.

Navigation: GUARDIAN > Policy objects > Quotas > Create a new quota.

Configure quota
Available users or groups	The users or user groups that are available to select.
Add »	Moves the selected users or groups to the Included users or groups list.
« Remove	Moves the selected users or groups to the Available users or groups list.
Included users or groups	The users or user groups that you want the quota to apply.
Duration	How long you want the quota to last for. The Number of prompts increases or decreases depending on the Prompt every.
Prompt every	How often you want to prompt users to confirm that they want to use more of their quota. The Number of prompts increases or decreases depending on the Duration.
Number of prompts	Calculates how many times the user is prompted during the duration of the quota, from the Duration and Prompt every. We recommend that you set this outside of normal working hours, for example, in the middle of the night.
Reset at	The time at which the quota resets.
Enabled	Indicates whether the quota is active or not.
Save	Saves your quota.
