Source NAT & LLB Rules Page
Use this page to configure how traffic is routed out of the Smoothwall, including whether it's hidden behind an IP address that the Smoothwall "owns" (see Allocating IP Addresses to Interfaces).
Navigation: NETWORK > Configuration > Source NAT & LLB rules.
Local traffic | |

Guardian | The list of connections that you can choose for the available proxy services that you can load balance. |
Relayed mail | |
Default LLB pool | |
Save changes | Saves your settings. |
Source NAT rules | |
---|---|
Add rule | Opens the Add SNAT rule dialog box. |
Source IPs | The Source IP addresses traffic is received from as identified in the network packet. Any means all IP addresses are processed. |
Destination IPs | The Destination IP addresses traffic is destined for. |
Services | The Services relevant for this rule. |
SNAT | Indicates if the source IP address of the network device is hidden behind the external IP address of the Smoothwall. |
LLB Pool / Gateway | The LLB pool used to SNAT or if the source IP address of the network device isn't hidden behind the external IP address of the Smoothwall, the relevant to route traffic to. |
Enabled | Indicates if the rule is turned on. |
