Setting up an alert from the mail queue monitor

Note: This alert is turned off upon installation. This alert is triggered when the number of messages in the email queue exceeds the specified threshold.


  1. On the REPORTS menu, under the Alerts submenu, click Alert settings.
  2. Click Mail Queue Monitor to expand the alert configuration details.
  3. Enter the Threshold number of messages at which the alert is triggered.
  4. Click Save to save the settings and turn on the alert.
