About creating records
Staff who are normal Safeguard users and designated safeguarding leads (DSLs) can create various types of records against a student's chronology depending on what is happening with the student.
- Adding a concern record
- Adding a physical intervention record
- Adding a safeguarding action
- Adding a communication log
Early Help Entry
If you know that a record was created in error, or you were doing some testing, you can request that the record be removed. Your request is sent to us and if approved, actioned after 48 hours.
