About the student overview

You can see a general statistical data for all students and tags. Students are grouped by the tags.

You can see the following:

• FSM (Free School Meals) – This is Ever 6 and is usually synced with your MIS system.
• SEN (Special Educational Needs) – This is usually synced with your MIS system.
• EHCP (Education & Health Care Plan) – This is usually synced with your MIS system.
• LAC/CLA (Looked After Child or Child Looked After) – This is usually synced with your MIS system.
• PP (Pupil Premium) – This is usually synced with your MIS system.
• EH (Early Help) – This is based on the tags set within the child’s record. This represents the Early Help assessment or Child Assessment Frameworks rather than the lower levels of concerns that staff may record.
• EAL (English as Additional Language) – This is usually synced with your MIS system.
• SC (Service Child) – This is usually synced with your MIS system.
• CIN (Child In Need) – This is a tag that you set manually.
• FIN (Family In Need) - This is a tag that you set manually.
• CP (Child Protection Plan) – This is a tag that you set manually.
• The final tag is customisable, and this can be changed in the software settings.

You will also see two pie charts of ethnicity and gender - these are school wide charts.
