Finding devices that need attention

Procedure

1. On the top navigation, click Devices and the page loads with a list of all the devices that have the Smoothwall Monitor client software installed.
2. The filters are all selected by default and you can clear one or more of the filter selections to remove devices with that status from the view.
3. To search for a single device, type in the device's name or serial number into the Search device name/ serial no. search input and press enter on your keyboard.
4. To clear all the filters, click Clear selected and then you can select one or more filters. To select all the filters again, click Select all.
5. You can order the results table by any of the columns by clicking on the column header.
