User management Page
Use this page to add a user, edit an existing user or remove a user.
Navigation: Portal Home > Filter > User management.
|Add user||Opens the Add user page so that you can add a new user's details.|
|Search||Filters the list of users in real time.|
|Name||The first and last name of the user that you want to add. For example, John Doe or Jane Doe.|
|The user's email address.|
|Role||This indicates what the user has access to. For example, a Filtering role can only see information from the selected tenant. Whereas an Administrator role has full permissions to view information from all available tenants and can manage users.|
|Tenant||Indicates what tenant the user has permission to made changes for.|
|Edit||Opens the Edit user page so that you can amend the user's details.|
|Delete||Removes the user.|
