Footers Page

Use this page to add footers to email such as standard email disclaimers.

Navigation: EMAIL > Content > Footers.

Global footer settings
Append to HTML emails	Adds the footer to HTML emails.
Append to signed emails	Adds the footer to signed emails in a way that maintains the fingerprint.

Per-domain footers
Internal domain	The domain that you want to use this footer for emails originating from that specific internal domain. Emails from domains not specified use the Default footer text.
Append the following text to outgoing email:	The text that you want to appear in the footer appended to the email.
