Authentication diagnostics

Use this dialog box to diagnose directory-level problems, as well as network-related problems.

Navigation: SERVICES > Authentication > Directories > Diagnose.

Authentication service self-test	Indicates whether the Smoothwall Filter and Firewall can connect to the directory.
Service	Indicates if you need to perform any other tasks to connect to the directory. For example, you might need to synchronize to the database of the directory.
