Groups

Use this page to configure user groups, and the group members who will receive alerts and reports.

Navigation: Reports > Settings > Groups.

Groups
Group name The name of the group. If you're creating a new group, you need to find an available "Empty" slot from the list.
Name The name of the new group if you want to create a new one.
Select Selects the group you've chosen from the list.
Delete Deletes the selected group from the list.
Save Saves your new name for the group.
Add a user
Name The user's name.
Email address The user's email address. You can leave this blank to only notify with SMS.
SMS number The user's phone number. You can leave this blank to only notify via email.
Enable HTML Email Sends reports in HTML format. This is the preferred format as the layout of the report you see on the screen is honored.
Comment An optional comment for the user.
Add Adds the user to the table.
Current users
Name The name of the user.
Email address The user's email address.
SMS number The user's phone number.
HTML Indicates if reports are sent in HTML format.
Enabled Indicates if the Smoothwall Filter and Firewall sends alerts and reports to the user.
Mark Indicates that the user row is selected.
