Setting up an alert from the mail queue monitor
Note: This alert is turned off upon installation. This alert is triggered when the number of messages in the email queue exceeds the specified threshold.
- On the REPORTS menu, under the Alerts submenu, click Alert settings.
- Click Mail Queue Monitor to expand the alert configuration details.
- Enter the Threshold number of messages at which the alert is triggered.
- Click Save to save the settings and turn on the alert.
