Updating the Summary page template

Procedure

  1. On the REPORTS menu, under the Reports submenu click Reports.
  2. Find and click the System report folder, and then find and click the Summary page template report.
  3. Click Edit report.
  4. Under the Customize reports section, type a Name and Description for your custom report.
  5. From the Report icon list, choose one for your report and from the Location list, choose where you want to save the report.
  6. Under the Sections section, from the Available sections list, choose the report section that you want to include and click Add ». For each section you add a new section appears on the page for you to choose options for each added section.
    • To group the sections, from the Included sections list, click the sections that you want to group, click Group and enter a Group name. The groups report sections are groups into a new section shown on the page.
      • To create a feed-forward group:
        1. From the new section on the page, from the Repeat list, select the section that you want to feed-forward from. Only suitable sections for feed-forward reporting is listed under this heading. The resulting data is listed in the Results tab for that section.
        2. Click Update. The feed-forward section is removed from its parent group and displayed in a new (feeder) section.
        3. Configure any extra configuration options for the feeder section and click Update.
      • To create an iterative report:
        1. From the new section on the page, from the Repeat list, select the section that you want to be repeated. If a grouped option is chosen to be repeated, it will no longer be available as an option from its parent section.
        2. Click Update, configure any extra configuration options for the iterative section and click Update.
    • To undo your group, from the Included sections list, expand the group, click the sections that you want and click Ungroup.
    • Note: If you ungroup sections this might affect any feed-forward, iterative, or group options that you've configured.

    • To reorder your sections or groups, click the section or group that you want to move and click Move up or Move down. You can't move a section outside of a group.
  7. For each report section that you've added, under the section on the page for the added section, click the Options tab, if shown, and choose the type of data for the report.
  8. Click either Create report or Preview, and then you can click Edit report to make further changes.
